Review For Noxolo Dlamini from Telkom

<p>I ordered a laptop on contract from Telkom and they deducted money from my account and its been weeks and stil i haven't received my device and stil no word from the person who called me to finalise the order, then i called telkom to find out whats happening and i was promised it wil be taken care of in 7days but in 7 days there was nothing then I decided to call again but this time around i found a lady by the name of Noxolo Dlamini, she did not solve my problem but i want to say she did very well in calming me down and assuring me that ill get my device and even adviced me on what to do should the device delay any further or i dont get a response from Telkom regarding my issue and she is very quick to respond when sending quiry e-mails. If it was possible, i would nominate her as the employee of the month...every Month....again the name is NOXOLO DLAMINI</p>
