REVERSAL FEE WITH NO CONSIDERATION

I would just like to share how terrible Telkom is and how they will mess you over during these financial trying times. My debit orders for July and August had gone of as normal and in August had been reversed later in August for 2x R59 equalling R118 - this R118 had been taken off when there were funds available in my account 1st September, I am not earning a full salary and Telkom now has hit me with a bill over R500 for these reversal! This is money that I will not have in my account and Telkom has no consideration for this trying time im going through!
