returning the device

I bought an ipad on contract with Vodacom , within seven days of purchase i went to the store cause i was experiencing problems with the ipad. No one was willing to assist me about the ipad, not one knew how to do cancellations. They were interested in giving me another contract phone which I refused to take after seeing their service. The consultant were not professional they were making jokes and telling me they'll organise people to take over the contract...like really. I left the store after spending almost 4 hours there. I tried calling their customer care but they are telling me to go to the store where I don't any get any assistance. Please help me in this matter.
