Returning handset back

I app**** for a contract online with Telkom and the service was already bad, but nonetheless I received my handset and it doesn't come with play store or any Google apps. Now I'm trying to return the handset as this was not mentioned to me when we conducted our business, but it's a mission to get hold or speak to anyone from telkom. I've logged numerous tickets and sent emails but still no response from them.
