Retrieving my Original Telephoner Number

Telkom came to my Gate selling Wi-Fi installations I filled in the necessary form and thought I had signed a fantastic - to my disgust and disappointment. The day it was installed my telephone number changed without my consent or request Well this took place on the 16 September 2019 and I have being trying ever since to get my number back , well I was unaware that every Telkom staff has been taught to lie like they do cause every one I speak to tells me with 2-4 days all will be resolved ,I have since been to Telkom Centurion and spoke to the so called Manager who also promised he will resolve my issue within 4 days needless to say 2 weeks later he still has not resolved my issue and does not even reply to my e-mails - I am sorry I did not go to MWEB
