Hi, I was retrenched about 2 years ago, went to telkom in hemingways, east london, and asked if i can pay the 5 month that was left on contract, R1500, they said they will come back to me. Still waiting, phoned every month for a while and they said they will let me know. Ive heard nothing at all and now they phone me i must pay over 7000. Aint gona happen i am willing to pay the 1500 that i wanted to pay in 1 place. Not very good service from telkom and i aint the 1 person complaining about there service. Please assist
