They don't even deserve a star, all stuff members at Vaal Mall are unfriendly and don't go extra mile to help customers. A simple thing, how can i have an account with you and yet because i don't have the cell no you're unable to assist me when i give you my ID no. i would be in a que for long and when it's time for them to assist and to find i don't have a certain document like e.g bank statement and i tell them i'll go to the atm and get it but they still expect me to go back to the que AGAIN when they have seen me??? service there Sucks big time!!!!! if they can't change then they might as well close the store.
