Restoring or repairing of my ads line and my landline

I have been calling telkom multiple times since October 2017 for a dead land line on ********** 149 as in affect the ads internet is not working due to the fact that I have no working land line

I have been calling almost every second day for repairs its been 3 months and still no one has repaired my land line please help
