Restoring faults when faults still exists

So basicly im getting use to writing reviews here about Telkom, because clearly nothing gets done before they are reported.

So basicly the following happened:

My download speed has been so slow since beginning of February and my ping very high (1000+), but I left it because I thought it was due to all the rain since middle January.

So on 19th February I eventually logged a fault via the telkom app becuase the 3 times I phoned it was impossible to log a fault due to Telkom systems being offline.

The 22 February a technician started looking at my fault, and on 22 February also my fault was restored.

On the sms I received I could repond by replying no to the sms if the problem still persisted, which I did.

So my fault was opened again.

Couple of days later my fault was restored again, BUT THE PROBLEM STILL PERSISTED.

So I logged the fault again and again and again, everytime myt fault was restored without a technician showing up at my house to see if the problem is fixed.

My telephone line has also been dead since 22 February, so please explain to me how to hell the problem was resolved, so I have to pay for the calls because I have to phone from my personal cellphone, and no one answers and my bill just keep getting higher and higher, and I never get refunded for that utter useless service.

Telkom is utterly useless and unfortunately their is no alternative option so Telkom can do what the hell they want.

Im seriously considering suing Telkom for downtime, incompetance and costing me money.

Sort your **** out and fix my problem now.

I will never recommend Telkom to anybody.
