Restoration of Telkom email functionality

On the afternoon of 11 February 2026 I called the Telkom customer support number 10210 because I was unable to send out but able to receive my messages. Edward Nkadimeng listened diligently to my problem and within a minute or two at the latest was able to fix the problem and requested that I send him a test message. He received my test message immediately after I had sent it and he sent me a confirmation of receipt of my test message shortly after that.
