Response time is pathetic

<p>My telphone line is down for 5 days now. Telkom has not fixed it. On Wednesday they sent some tech from Randburg who came and disappeared. I have no means of getting holsome of them. But I must still pay my bill or they will cuthen me off!</p> <p> </p> <p>Please fix my libe! !!</p>
