Response on hellopeter but nothing sofar

This was my complaint Hi There, so I took the smart broadband uncapped wireless 3 package in November 2016. I did some research and saw that Telkom started including the external antenna a-xpol-0006-10m in the same package obviously they knew back then it was a problem with signal. I called and asked them to come and install an antenna and they said it was not included in my package back then so i have to buy the antenna for R1640 and then pay for an install as well which I feel is unfair if it is a product where they made you believe it was super fast internet!. Please, can someone help me get this antenna installed so that I can have a better Telkom internet experience?

But still nothing you call telkom customer care line and they say they cannot help with that ref nr they gave me to date nothing improved
