Respect your Staff

Some of your stores have no air-conditioning and it's very bad humid temperatures. It made my experience and inter action in your Cape Town branch very unpleasant. I left n went nearer to home to apply. I ended up at Telkom Vangate mall and I had a chat with a Muslim staff member and realise that some of them don't get to leave earlier to break their fastvwith families due to your strict business rules stating it's unfair if they leave early , yet they are forced to take lunch and it ends up at waisted time. Your level of treating your Muslim staff during this month of Ramadan is below standards of any business and I would urge anyone not to do business with Telkom reason being your staff is not a priority to your business. I will take my business elsewhere and advise my future partners to do the same until you change your outlook towards your staff.
