Resolve my issue!!

I have been struggling to cancel the so called contract that I have never had with Telkom from 2019, I have never used their sim card but they still telling me I owe the almost 3k. I have been contacting them to resolve this for years now and I am being sent from pillar to post. I have never used their services and I will never think about it. This is affecting my credit record badly.
