Reset Intekom email passwords

Been trying to reset 2 intekom email addresses and none of the websites work. The return technical errors, and the web version of the email login doesn't have a "Forgot Password" option. The one I used to use was decommissioned. Trying to contact them is also impossible. They don't reply to emails, and Twitter says the only person who can request assistance are the ones whose addresses they are. The people who use the accounts are both pensioners and obviously don't have the money for enough airtime to spend hours waiting to speak to an agent on the phone. Posting messages on the Facebook page also seems to be a waste of time. This is beyond ridiculous!
