Rescheduling of installation dates - Annoying

<p>Apperntly Telkom really does not like new business. After 3 months of struggle I at least got helped from Gezlo(hope it's spelled correctly), now once again the the same thing, the installation date now keeps on being postponed (16/2, 3/3 and now 15/3 what's next?). Why do you keep rescheduling the dates?</p>
