REQUESTING STUPID STATEMENTS

I have a cellphone contract and a Data contract with Telkom, I called YOU several times requesting my invoice for Data Router everytime I am send the copy of the Tax Invoice as YOU guys captured the incorrect email address. I urgently need my original Tax invoice not a Copy invoice to submit my claim at work. I spoke to a lady Nokuthula Sikonde who initiated that I must go the store to stamp and certify the copy. I advised her I do not have transport to go to the store , and she advised that it will take time for her to do of all that. Is that the kind of service you guys render to your customers, I JUST WANT MY STATEMENT, IT'S THAT SIMPLE ORIGINAL STATEMENT to be emailed: ***
