Requesting paid up letter asasp id number ***.

Hi My complaint i paid up me account in full on 18th February, when i phone telkom the consultant told me i need to wait 7 to 14 days just for paid up letter that's ridiculous . Every day i am phoning the consultant to ask for my paid up letter. I am getting no joy ok .i have pending application waiting on the paid up letter. What can i do ? Tomorrow is already the 8th day and non of telkom members are calling supervisor was surposed to call me. I was told the i will received my paid up letter later today none dus far regarding my paid up letter. I need my paid up letter Asap from telkom Thank you
