requested the sales people to call me

I have requested that Telkom sales people to call me, I made my request online (via online chats) and also sent an email on Thursday the 7th to date I still have not been called, I made the requests on Thursday after not receiving any call, made the request again on Friday.<br> <br> How long does it take to call of a potential client? I was looking forward to taking a contract with you guys, not sure if I am looking forward to that anymore since there seems to be no service provided.
