Requested line to be moved early January to new premises

Spoke to agent on phone early january to have line and services moved to new address on the 25th of January. Other than a order number by sms i have heard nothing. Sitting at new house now with no telephone or internet since the 25th of last month, watch telkom still try bill me for this month of no service and no communication.
