Requested job TOTALLY ignored!!!!!!

<p>At a business setting of mine that is totally reliant on the internet, the port is over-loaded.</p> <p> </p> <p>Every time we call telkom, they just want to keep resetting the router & every time they claim "that was the issue, ok bye!"-type response. But 3 days later the net stops working again as we tried to inform the pathetically lazy and inadequate telkom staff.</p> <p> </p> <p>They have even gone as far as sending a technician, same story, fiddles with some wires, insists its down to resetting the router, saying; "well lets just try and reset it", we try to inform them saying this WILL NOT RESOLVE OUR PROBLEM AT HAND but every time they say "lets try this, and if it doesnt work you can call and escalate query". But every time you're starting from scratch at the call center and they want to keep resetting the router saying "lets try this first and then if it doesn't work we will escalate the query"!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>To me this means either we are requesting a specific job that is being blatantly ignored,</p> <p> </p> <p>Or</p> <p> </p> <p>We are paying for a below substandard product and telkom probably knowingly ignore issues such as these, & likely give their call centre personel the mandate to tell customers REPEATEDLY to just keep resetting their router, in full knowing that it won't help, & then they LIE about ones ability to then escalate the query. Simply to pass the buck.</p> <p> </p> <p>Telkom, someday there is going to be an alternative to your sewer-worthy service, that you have no commercial stakes in, & I look foward to watching you die a slow painfull death, because believe me, if South Africans had options, you would be insolvent.</p>
