Requested cancellation and still nothing!!!!

Good day, My name is J.W. Von Metzinger and I have requested over and over again that Telkom cancel my account and each time I get a response that it's either done or the wrong forms have been completed or to visit my nearest branch.... now all of these I have done and I have now had enough of Telkom lies because they are just trying to rob the customer... I want my line cancelled immediately and a manager to call me A.S.A.P
