Requested 8ta LTE to be cancelled

I received a call from Telkom 8ta to replace my ADSL with a Huawei LTE at the end of April 2015. The transaction was completed without any paperwork or signature and I was informed that I could return it if I was not happy. No mention of giving a 30 day notice period. The service was not connected(as it did not work for the first 3 days) as the technicians were not able to assist. Debit orders have been going off my account since and I cancelled with 8ta in May and even handed in the device. I was charged for both my Telkom and 8ta accounts simultaneously and lodged a case with Cavendish where I returned the device.

The manager at Cavendish was very helpful and in June I eventually received a case no. for the complaint. 6 weeks later I had not received as much a call or email from the managers whom my case was escalated to. My new case number is ***1 and the status of my case was only ceased on 04 August and I cancelled my service on 21/22 May according to the form that was required for completion.
I am waiting for a refund which is due to me. Feedback has been nil and not existent from Telkom and no-one seems to take ownership. Lisle - disgruntle
