I have requested the proof of purchase or copy of my contract since last month as my phone is damaged. To check the guaranty the phone has.<br> I was putted from pillar to post. Call centre transferred me from one person to an extend where one consultant told me to go to one of their branch. I went to clear water the consultant took me back to call centre.
