Request to move a Line -riddled with issues

We have requested to move our office line and the experience has been **********. Firstly, for the past 18 months Telkom has happily taken our monthly payments, without acknowledging receipt of change in ownership 18 months back.... Only to be told to email the change of ownership information through, which comes with, wait for it, 21 day turnaround time! Where in this day and age does one have to wait 21 days for a response! Bottomline - our business is moving offices, we are effectively HAMSTRUNG by Telkom, without phone lines, and no-one really seems to care. What happened to good old fashioned service! Getting things done...
