request refund on 29 May , but not received refund till 12 July yet

<p>hi there,</p> <p>I have email all the reqeust documents to processed refund on 29 MAY to Nanganso by ********** she has received email but till today 12 July that we not received refund yet. and she not contact us if she need more documents to reqeust refund. </p> <p>pls kindly help to follow up refund case for us. </p> <p> </p> <p>many thx</p> <p> </p> <p>Judy</p>
