To whom it may concern. <br> <br> I logged a complaint a few weeks ago, complaining about my adsl line. Reference number is SM86450. <br> <br> I am getting disconnected from the exchange very frequently and my latency is 500 ms which it should not be. <br> <br> Please can you assist me.
