Request for Technician

I have moved to another area which is still in Telkom's LTE coverage range and have experienced a drop in Internet speed specifically upload speed which I require to perform work. I was told that it would take 3 days for a response from the technicians and up until now there still has been no response. This delay is causing a loss of income and could potentially cause a loss of employment.
