Request for Paid-up Letter

<p>I requested a paid up letter on the 21 first of January 2018, was told i will get it after 48 hrs, today is the 1st of March ans i still haven't received it!I have called more than 10 times,each I was told the matter has been escalated or there's a back.I have explained that I need the letter urgently even asked to speak to a manager who promised that I will get the letter on Monday the 27th of February 2018,still nothing!! My finnce cannot be approved because of this one letter!!!!Iam so frustrated and angry I will NEVER ever use Telkom again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone either!</p>
