Request for cancellation

<p>To Whom It May concern</p> <p>I have previously written a reveiw with regards to the fact that Telkom would like to charge me a ridiculous amount to cancel my contract. The reference number I was given was AI ********** and apparently my concern was sent to the "fulfillment team". I am also aware of the fact that a dispute was raised on my account, although I'm not sure what the purpose of this is.</p> <p>As mentioned in my previous post I have been a Telkom customer since January 2015. The service was excellent for the first 10 months or so. We have experienced either extremely slow or no internet from December last year up until now. Over the past 2-3 months our usage has been ABSOLUTELY ZERO. If one were to compare our usage over the past 10 months to that of the first ten months one can clearly see the discrepancies.</p> <p>All I want is for Telkom to cancel my contract with immediate effect. I do not want to pay for a service I can no longer use nor do I expect Telkom to re-imburse me for anything.</p> <p>Please advise where I can drop of all the accessories I have in my possession.</p> <p>Kind Regards</p> <p>Venashree</p> <p> </p>
