Request for assistance

I am trying to obtain assistance in resolving no Wi-Fi service at our home downstairs and also a Telkom pole inside the premises in one of my husbands houses he is renting out that is about to collapse on the wall. I have sent emails, sms' etc absolute just no joy. How is this for service? Maybe I should just cancelled all services with Telkom and move to another service provider, as Telkom is just not interested at all. And so we can carry on for most of the service providers from our Government.
