Request for a call log history | Call answered by an automated voice recording

I have been trying to speak to a consultant on the phone though I am not getting through. Call are being answered by an automated voice recording and I have not received any help since 2 months ago. I need to find out if I can get my phone history log and there is no getting through. The funny thing is that my Telkom debit order is deducted every month and clearly I am paying for a service that I am not receiving at the end of the day. This so unfair lock down has been been on level 1 and still service delivery is at Zero. Telkom is a joke. Though I am so desperate for my call log that I am hoping for someone at Telkom to see this complaint and assist me. Please
