Request a settlement amount and a refund for being charged twice in one month.

I have been requesting a settlement amount of my account for months but no assistance came through for me. And I was behind with R722.64, I went to Telkom to requesting a statement. It took it to Pep and pay manually, after some days I saw a message of deduction. I have been sending tons of Emails but no assistance came through. Please help.
