Repulsed Telkom customer

On 2022/12/30 I bought a LTE UNLIMITED data bundle R249 data which expires in 31 days on ***. I did this on my phone on *147#platform as I was almost done the session dropped because of network so I immediately tried again and this time it went through only to find out when I received 2 smses that I bought this data twice. So I called Telkom at about 14:35 and spoke to a consultant named Charmaine who blamed me and said I cannot be helped at all further said she will launch a complaint and I will receive an sms which she never did.This data is UNLIMITED on a same number ,same time buying this data on the same time will mean that I'm throwing my money down the drain and I'm stupid,this is not my fault I require assistant and I'm repulsed at Telkom' s consultant incompetence.
