Repugnant Service Experience

<p>It is quiet disturbing to think that service are quite quick when coming cold calling yet when you send out a request to be called back it takes decades. I</p> <p>I am not impressed with the services I have been getting from Telkom, I have unsuccesfully sent requests to Telkom regarding assitance with a purchase for the past 5 months and no one has tried to get back to me since the 4 months have passed. </p> <p>I just do not understand how a big company like that would fail to return a call request with so many call centre advantages. I hope this will come to an end quite soon.</p> <p> </p>
