Reprogramming of our switchboard to allow cell phone numbers to be dialed out

I have cancelled my premi cell that was on my companies switchboard (this was not through telkom). I then called TELKOM to ask them to send someone to re program my switchboard to be able to dial cell phone numbers again from the switchboard. They said i had to send a mail request to ********** which i did for the first time 03/10/17. I have again done another mail today, 11/10/17. How long does it take you TELKOM to send someone to do a simple programming. I am not disconnecting a service, i am connecting a service. I WANT to spend money with you but you dont seem to obviously need the money. You are pathetic really!!!!!
