Reporting telephone pole falling over in garden

Have been trying for almost a week now to report a Telkom telephone pole that is falling over in the garden and presenting a growing safety risk. After initial success getting through to their call centre was told I would be called back with a reference number. This never happened.<br> <br> Now cannot get through at all on call centre number
