Reported faults on 27/02 & on 4/03 still nothing

On 27/02 I called to called and reported my 2 aunts phones not working and logged a call on the website. Dear Customer, Fault ref. ********** 8 has been created for Fixed Voice Product . Please do not reply to this SMS. Telkom. To date nothing has been done. They are senior citizens and don't have cells. What should happen in case of emergencies? Disgusting service.
