Reported fault not fixed but signed off by technician as fixed.. Not the first time

<p>Reported fault 131CRK280616. Phone line and Data completely dead. I phone 10210 only to be told the fault has been fixed and signed off by the technician on the 30th June 2016. The fault is still not fixed. Had to report the fault again Ref 400CRK010716.</p> <p>This is not the first time a technician clears a fault without attending to it!!!!</p> <p>No technician contacted me or came to my assistance regarding the fault. I find it highly unacceptable. I’ve got a business to run and need to be connected!!!</p> <p>Please credit me for days not working</p> <p>Regards</p>
