Reported a fault with internet speed only to have everything now broken

<p>I have been having issues with my internet speed all week. I have a 4mb line but only get about 1.3mb speed and I called to complain and the technician told me that there was maintenance being performed. She logged a fault for me to get updates on this.</p> <p> </p> <p>Dear Customer your report reference 480CRK010617 was restored. If the problem still exists please contact Telkom on 10210...</p> <p> </p> <p>I got an SMS today saying fault repaired only to now have my phone line completely dead and no internet at all. What kind service is this Telkom??? I work from home and now I have no phone line and no internet to do any work. </p> <p> </p> <p>I cant even call to get this resolved. Worst service from Telkom!!! </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
