Reported 3 times and still not fixed

<p>I have reported my landline and internet service out of order 3 times. With each call I get a ref no and then an sms to say the line has been restored but no technician has been to check my phone and the line is still not working. When I phone back to say the line is not working a new fault is opened with a new reference no. Call is reported fixed and closed and still not phone or internet. As a result of new reference no each time call can't be escalated..</p>
