Report Request my Telkom uncapped LTE after shocking download speeds

Please could you provide me the report requested. Why are my download unbearably slow 90% of the time.

I can't even play online games. Most of the time my Speed test is at 1 or 2 mbps peaking at 4 or 5.

Why is this the case? LTE is capable of 70mbps.

I have no choice but to use LTE since there is no fibre in the area. I expected I would require uncapped, since I try to stream movies, play games and transfer large files from my office.

Your service is terrible. Since I'm tied into a contract with telkom until June/July 2020. What are my options to get a be better/faster service from Telkom until then?
