I upgraded my contract on the 16th January and app**** for the 80/80 LTE of R199 + 2 multi sims. Apparently someone used my details to open other accounts that I don’t know of. Jan monthend they debited R308, which is justifiable. Feb they took R1684 which I reversed. 15 March they took R6202 which I reversed. 28 March they took 4032 which I also reversed. 25 April they attempted to take R4358 which declined because of insufficient funds.

I started to report the ***** case with you since March, sending countless emails, affidavits, Id copies, bank statements, the contract, proof of address to no help till today. This is inconveniencing me because of always having to go inside the bank to reverse the debits. And it’s also affecting my credit scores in that regard. As we speak today they took R2840
