Replacement phone which is due from Telkom

Good day My name is Ntombehle Monyabane. ID number *** I have account with Telkom Direct ***

I lost my phone on 22/02/2022 case number 52/01/2022 . Telkom has been sending me from pillar to post since then.

I have given them my address they promised to deliver the phone since then it's been a whole two months.

Please sssist in this regard Ntombehle Nonyabane ***
