Replacement Handset delivery delays

Telkom is supposed to deliver replacement wireless handset order was made last year in August/September and it has not been delivered to this day. We have made countless calls to Telkom and they keep saying that they will deliver within the month after the call. This is quite annoying and disappointing as we cannot make outgoing calls on the current handset as it is old and faulty. How can one wait so long for delivery? Can I please request that this is resolved asap!!
