Replace cable

<p>How long does it take to replace a cable. On the 1st of March I moved into new premises and asked Telkom to move my line. On the 8th of March the technician was at my premises and said the cable has lightning damage and must be replaced. About 2 months later they replaced the cable. Technician came out again now they say the cable department must now join the cable. Could they not do that the day they pulled the cable through. It is now 3 months eaiting for the cable.</p>
