repeated fault logging never fixed correctly

for the past 2 weeks i have been continuously logging faults with our business telkom lines, the business realize heavenly on emails, telephonic communication and web access but we have now a week and a half later only received telephone lines yet the dsl line continuous to be with out communication. i received a message this morning stating that the problem with said dsl line had been fixed, confusing really when we still HAVE NO INTERNET ACCESS FROM SAID \FIXED DSL LINE"";NULL;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; ***;837600;699647;13;2;0;0;0;0;2;NULL;NULL;NULL;15/04/09 11:20;15/04/09 9:49;bad customer service;;kate;***;My car has been at Peugeot 42 Biyela street empangeni for engine fault from the 1st of April 2015 , it is still under warranty and i am not even contacted for progress nor offered a courtesy car instead i am the one phoning daily. I have phoned their office but up to this date there is no positive response and when I phone them someone buy the name of Kate told me that they are busy with a car...that was yesterday. How on earth does it happend that a dealership dont know how to resolve a mechanical problem in a car it manufactured? In the mean time i am not even given a courtesy car nor being informed as to when the car will be fully repaired. My customer rights are being taken for granted here. After sending them an email regarding the problem they sent an inspector out within a few days who said they would come on Thursday to do the job. 8 a.m. Thursday morning they were here, did a great job with a great attitude, jovial bunch, and by 12.p.m. they were done, promising that a truck would be along soon to remove the rubble. WELL DONE GUYS!! Michel tires useless after 5 years;;;***;I bought 4 Michelin Energy tires. After 5000km the first tire failed due to sidewall collapse. I had to replace the tire and during replacement no signs or indication of pinch marks were evident on the mag. After about 1 year 10,000km the other tires started to show cracks on the sidewall and shoulder. The cracks got wider and deeper with time. Now after 5 years the cracks are so bad that I contacted Michelin. They came out and did an inspection. The results are the tires are out of warranty (5 years) and should be replaced due to the cracks. The reason for the cracks are \exposure to ozone\"".<br> Please also keep in mind they check the manufacture date and not fitment date!<br> <br> Michelin never tell you that their tires only last 5 years from manufacture(not fitment date) and should be replaced after 5 years. What's the use of a 70"
