Repeated error logs go unresolved

We've been reporting a problem with our line since February. Technician keeps closing the ticket, stating that he has resolved the problem. Not so! References for THE SAME PROBLEM are as follows: 412CNK280216 562CNK030316 837CNK070316 534CNK310316 565CNZ070416 14CNK140416 Can't get Telkom to provide the service we are paying for, but debit orders go off on time every month!!! Consumer Protection does not exist in this service provider's world.
