Repeated charge for no service! Useless customer service - totally ignored

We cancelled our Telkom internet 6 months ago , and yet they have continued to charge us for 6 months. We speak to them monthly with the same request. It has become incredibly frustrating and expensive, and we seem to be totally helpless as no one will action our request.
