Repairs "done" - still not fixed!

<p>Our company reported a crossed line on one of the telephone lines at the office.</p> <p>A technician was sent out to repair this, and indicated that this was "repaired". However, it was not repaired.</p> <p>We complained a further six times, and have six reference numbers related to this problem. We were informed that another technician would be sent out. The technician on the 13.09.2016 and indicated that he would come to site, but never showed up. We then received an sms stating that the line had been restored. THE LINE IS STILL A CROSSED LINE!! This is terrible for business as customers complain about hearing other voices on the line.</p>
